After becoming increasingly confident in your ability to sense and work with signal (buzzing, electrical-like, heat or pressure feeling), you are now ready to advance your use of resonance as a self-teaching tool.
At this stage, you are able to rely increasingly on signal to provide biofeedback, so that you can continue to make micro adjustments to your posture, t’ai-chi, yoga practice, and other endeavors based on paying attention to the signal feedback.
